Methodology section: `E` - review #143

"E= Energy consumed by a given piece of software" - What form of energy is meant here? Is this supposed to be electric energy, primary energy or something different altogether? And why is this choice made?

This is electrical energy - @Henry-WattTime unless we want to expand that? Though I don't think so.
