added a baseline for comparison to determine savings potential.

@navveenb - Thoughts that we should more specifically discuss actions to be taken - moving to another region, etc. @Sealjay - we'd previously talked around 3 high level actions - more efficient hardware, scheduling for a time when the grid is powered with renewables, or optimizing the code.
