At present we don't understand the full impact of our speakers when out at events and meetups. This proposal is for a Google form which would populate a spreadsheet with stats including which events/communities, the number of attendees reached, whether the event was online, hybrid or in-person and also - for speakers who submit multiple entries - who the most active speakers are.
Here is the proposed Google form: https://forms.gle/6kFX9SvZkmG1Etou8. This is connected to a Google sheet and could be automated to automatically calculate OKRs.
Alternatives could be using a public Google Sheet (but this could present some privacy concerns with PII data) or using various functionality within GitHub, though this may not be as user-friendly.
