Going to likely break this into two articles. One will be focused on the (now) 5 Ms and the next one will be the actual job specification that needs to go out for the role. For the second one, we might do an open survey and reach out to members to ask if they were to hire a GSS what do they need to be able to do.

@jawache soft-launched this reflection piece at GSF London Meetup and he got feedback that he wants to incorporate. This is still in development and will not be completed by June 5. @NAMRATA-WOKE to push back in scheduling.
