Offroad repawn problem #63

The player vehicle seems to be respawning the instant it hits the off-road 
terrain. The problem does not seem to be affecting AI vehicles.

Seems I was the only one having the problem. After cleaning and rebuilding, it 
seems 
to be fixed.
