Collaboration Functionality: Add ability for 2 or more users to view the same model in their browser

Per our discussion on 10/23/19, I'd like to eventually see the viewer become a collaboration tool similar to Google Docs or Sheets. Basically, allow 2 or more users to view the same gbXML model within their browser, annotate it, update it and view in real-time, and possibly chat with one another.

The concept is similar to what Autodesk and BIM 360 is doing, but something that is very quick to implement (ie - within 30 seconds, invite someone to view the model and begin collaboration).

I realize this is a fairly long-term project.

Many issues. Definitely a work in progress. But what can you expect after three hours work?
