Roadmap for repositories

Theo to prepare a roadmap or checklist of what needs to be added to every repo
Once agreed then he will act on the items - a little bit every week
Items may include the following

Every repo should have a license

Licenses for files / need to press NREL for guidance

Ditto ASHRAE, Autodesk

Every gbXML file on GitHub should be able to pass agreed testd

Load in OpenStudio with no errors
Display nicely in the OpenStudio 'Geometry' tab
Able to do a successful 'run simulation' in OpenStudio

Need guidance on fixing
Many aspects to fixing need help with priorities and test data
Virtually every gbXML file in every repo has issues
New recently found examples include:
ConstructionIdRef exists but no name
Opening is bigger than surface
- Check by width & height
- Check by coordinates

Minimum default constructions

Stage 1

Minimum constructions data to be added to gbXML files that do not include this data
Test: add basic data so that file can do a successful 'run simulation' in OpenStudio
Should support a file from any jusisdiction

Fixing files is current priority - but only because of Michal's current projects
But currently leaving much aside
- shadow and shade
- reports from other apps - Radiance etc - displayed in 3D
