Meeting 1 Minutes

Moving of lab space to downstairs level 1 on the left side (eatery)

  1. Seniors project is having difficulties (electrical breakdown, potential for user’s to stop participating)
  2. Revise the Teban Gardens system

  3. Build a new Teban Gardens system to buy them in

    May need to go down to Teban Gardens to check/reccee/troubleshoot on the system to find out the problems faced for improvements in systems

    Spend more time demonstrating how the system works

    Timeline/Deliverables

  4. BOM (with Engineering Justification)
  5. Finalise Aluminium Profile Frame

  6. Deployment

    Deliverables:

  7. Check up with Lift Dimensions (Check with HDB)
  8. Buy nuts, hinges and mounts
  9. Finalise on Aluminium Profile Dimensions for casing
  10. Custom-made PCB
  11. Find out about opt-in fee/is it subscription and check if we can sustain the application APIs
  12. Find out glow light dimensions
  13. Find out about grow tower load for servo motor specifications

Problems with existing designs:

  1. Corrosion of steel nuts - aluminium nuts proposed
  2. Water Leakage into electronics compartment - overlapping cabinet doors
  3. Check size and height limitations (wind conditions)
