Collaboration Server Settings Broke in 2.0.0 #338

In 2.0.0 on Linux and Windows the collaboration server setting have just disappear making it impossible to add a remote server.

I have retry on the last snapshot, it doesn't work either. image

You connect your Collaboration Server by right-clicking on your Database. There is a new context menu entry. image

Connections are not managed anymore in the preferences, also the "Repository" menu is now active by default and does not need to be enabled anymore
