Change splash image resolution to the obvious 1 px/pt... #379

Looks good on Ubuntu, I am not on a Windows machine today, did you checked it there? If yes, just merge it to main, and we can build the 2.1 version. Thanks!

This does solve the splash screen being small on macOS. But, the image is mirrored... due to this issue. Conrad suggested that we keep the version where the image is small instead of mirrored. So, I won't merge the new image to main. However, the startupProgressRect values had to be adjusted (cf image). image
