Fix Home page link #10

Title at top links to home, which is expected.

But Home 404s -- b/c it links to https://greeninfo-network.github.io/

Needs special GH Pages handling perhaps?

Wasn't sure that this should be a link, nor to where. We've not yet decided the hosting environment here: a domain name, embedded into something, etc. We should decide the site's URL, and implement it, before making the link point to that URL.

Now that this site is running a custom domain per #11 the URL / is correct to return to the starting view of this application.

Is that what we want for it? If so, then we're done here.

Alternately, perhaps it should go to some "About" page, or to the DDH website, or other such page?
