Update hipcamp data #219

This was in the original delivery, but not in the unified data set, which contains these activities:

We also removed foraging, SUP, stargazing, and maybe one other from the original set. Should I dig that up? Or can we just pave over all the old activities with the new data?

I haven't pulled in the new data yet, so I think we're still looking at the original dump.

Oh, but with Rec data already -- I am seeing basketball and playgrounds and whatnot. Pulling in final data is waiting on my resolving those problem IDs then?

@mojodna was importing this on Thursday evening. Seth, can you update this ticket Friday AM?

@danrademacher there are duplicate rows for superunits 2583 (Wildwood Park; the 2nd one has no activities) and 1613 (Malakoff Diggins; they appear to match). I'm working around this, but we might want to send this upstream to Hipcamp.
