Fields ending in _FAPS are from the official matrix. I couldn't figure out a way to do this in my spreadsheet land, but we need to see where Activity != Activity_FAPS so we can see where we might have data issues for Hipcamp to resolve.
I don't want to do a straight replace of Hipcamp's data for these parks, because the FAPS data conflates things like windsurfing and surfing and all nonmotorized boating, for example. So we will likely have false positives here. What I most want to see is where Hipcamp says something is possible and the state says it isn't -- so values where Activity = TRUE and Activity_FAPS = FALSE. does that make sense?
Based on the official "FAPS" matrix from state parks, I created a version of the Hipcamp schema for all State Parks but based on state parks data, and appended those fields to a subset of the Hipcamp data: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3aQ5qurLjURdmhoQ2d1WGdoMGs&authuser=0
