A set of changes pertaining to the GreenInfo "takeover" of the application.

Documentation shuffling,
Changed basemap to use Mapbox tiles.
Added Google Maps API key.
Simplified Top Ten to be Top Ten of all time (incl docs), and removed Refine Search Area.
- Per discussion, runtimes are unacceptable when done dynamically, can revisit later.
