Tracking transfer of ownership of app and components

In the transfer of ownership from Stamen to GreenInfo, the following assets will need to be considered:

• [x] the caliparks-production Heroku app
• [x] the Github repository (not a fork, the actual/original one)
• [x] domain name caliparks.org from current registrar to GIN's ownership + registrar
  • [x] screenshot of current zone settings (As + CNAMEs)
  • [x] transfer of domain to GreenInfo
  • [x] replication of those same zone settings (As + CNAMEs)
• [x] fastly account
  • domain record points to Fastly
• [x] ownership of database server
  • [x] creation of AMI from current server
  • [x] launch and setup of new EC2 from that AMI
    • testing of SSH access, database, firewall, etc
• [x] in app change of database URL to use new database server
  • [x] new IP, username, DB name, password
• [x] final push of updated code (tiles, Top Ten) to live, sign-off on functionality
• [x] GreenInfo project asset tracking
  • log these new IPs, usernames, passwords, etc. in GIN's separate project tracking system

Where did we leave this -- looks like domain and amazon database are major TODOs?

Domain transfer did indeed complete a few days ago (Feb 16) and the changeover was so seamless we didn't notice.

To add to the list: A couple of the project's dependencies, React Slick Carousel and React Fullpage, were forked to the Stamen org from their original owners. The project is still pointing to those in the app's package.json. We should fork these to the GreenInfo org as it's likely we will need to do updates to them in the future.
