Intersections data: EBBITTS STREET or EBBITTS AVENUE?

Noted while perusing the map: "EBBITTS AVENUE" is in the Intersections from LION, though the OSM basemap calls it "Ebbitts Street"

Which is correct? We can't correct the basemap, but could correct the intersection name.
