Default date not setting? #105

Says Christine:

in the map filter pane, the dates do not default to current year/current month any longer . ( they did until dec 2019)

Need to check it out to confirm

This sis working fine and setting to most recent complete month: image

I suspect this issue might have been a symptom of the underlying data import problems we were seeing and have since resolved.
