Report issues

• [x] BuildingID 700 is generating a completely blank Building Report.
• [x] The Building Reports uniformly seem to be displaying text that say Comments 0.
• [x] The Find Financial Incentives button is showing the text of the link below the button itself.

• Comments: seems to be related to the fact that the 2022 data uniformly has comment = 0 and previous years had this as blank. I haven't pinpointed where this comes in but there seems to be the option to print a comment on a report. If no comments are desired, then comment should be blank/null
• Find Financial Incentives. According to issue #56, this is how this has worked, since before we came on to the project. The main change we made last year was to support a mailto link, and if mailto, not to show that href

The issue with building 700, and all buildings with property_type of "Supermarket / Grocery Store" is that only 2021-22 data have this property_type. Previously it is always "Supermarket / Grocery", and that is the key defined in seattle.json

Actions in CARTO:

• Change "0" to "" for comments
• Change all Supermarket / Grocery Store to Supermarket / Grocery, because this requires no code change

On the next data update, we'll want to do the reverse, which is update all Supermarket / Grocery to Supermarket / Grocery Store, and update seattle.json to match

The current EPA data has Supermarket / Grocery Store, so to reflect that, do the following:

• [ ] Update seattle.json to key Supermarket / Grocery Store
• [ ] In CARTO change all previous years data from Supermarket / Grocery to Supermarket / Grocery Store
• [ ] See if that change can be applied upstream, so future data updates don't have this issue
