Building with null for site_eui not getting hatch fill

I’ve been doing some footprint reviews on the live map and I noticed a couple properties showing up as Out of Compliance, but not displaying the crosshatching. Can you remind me – how were we determining the properties that are out of compliance? Was this a static list or is this supposed to be coming from the Carto data?

Building ID is 21916, Union Bay Plaza

Definitely some overlap with 50473 as seen here

But that's not the issue - there is not another building on top of the blue, the data shows null for site_eui_wn and it should get a hatch

Writing this out helped me understand what is happening:

• The "out of compliance" message is only conditional on site_eui_wn
• Map defaults to total_ghg_emissions by default, and this building has a value for that. It's low, but non null:

• If you switch the map to site_eui_wn it is correctly hatched:
