There are ~30 of these. SELECT * FROM PUBLIC.seattle_buildings_master_copy_for_update2020 WHERE year = 2020 AND cbps_flag IS TRUE AND cbps_date IS NULL AND cbps_euit IS NULL

Revisit how to clean up in 2022
