Clean Up Fields - ENERGY USE COMPARED TO AVG

Looks like there are two quick updates that might help this chart:

I think the building type average is still pulling from the old field building_type_eui. Can you update to building_type_eui_wn so it's consistent with the trend line below and other references?

And I believe the % higher or lower pulls from the raw data - but the code Tom built for the card at the header is more accurate and would cause less display errors for this chart
