Review new SBW data with nulls

This was delivered as CSV via Sharepoint.

I don't know what happened, but this doesn't seem to have worked at all From here:

Total buildings	3663	3645
Count total_ghg_emissions is 0 (2021) or null (2022)	289	3588
Count total_ghg_emissions_intensity is 0 (2021) or null (2022)	337	3588

That leads to a map that looks like this:

(not sure why some buildings have the null hatch and color...)

And wonky looking histograms:

Also, one additional very minor error:

• 27821 QUALITY FOOD CENTER (QFC) SUPERMARKET has 0,0 for lat/lng. I copied the coords in from previous years (47.70941,-122.31707) so that the table loads in the application without error.

Noting some things that I thought were going to be fixed by SBW long ago ?

1. Extra line returns:

2. Capitalization of field named EPAPropertyType (should be lower case)

3. Lat/Lng of 0 for QUALITY FOOD CENTER (QFC) SUPERMARKET

4. NA instead of blank for property type (this will be added as a choice to the dropdown if left as-is)
