On Chrome PC, the tutorial covers building type menu

Here's the thing they said that I reproduced:

Chrome on a PC, first run through the tutorial, no back button or anything else unusual.

Looks like maybe the tutorial window exists before the menu is fully open?

Running this on Windows Chrome through Browserstack (both localhost and GH pages version) I'm not seeing the issue:

I've tried half-dozen times on each, launching the tutorial from the splash screen and from the footer link

I just tested this again myself and it seems to be working fine
