[Idea] lock enities #18

Simmilar to Bolt we could make entities be lockable. Since the core of this plugin depends on the persistent data container, all what would be missing would be the visual text of the sign. Maybe we could work with a text display entity or chat messages to make up for it.

This is however just an idea for now and not planned for the forseeable future. If somebody ever is in need of it someday let me know.
