Contracts for group basic training still need to be done.

Should be able to train 2 to 6 kerbals at a time (number should be variable and selected at semi-random by the contract)
Science cost should increase at a flat rate per kerbal (or possibly at a slightly discounted rate?)
Funds fee should stay the same
Training time should stay the same

Targeting Version 0.2.0 for this.
