Jigsaw Animation Fix #43

The Jigsaw Block's animation is quite clunky and jarring. I've investigated that the angles are slightly off. I've also added extra frame time so that it looks like it's spinning, not looping.

Fixed: Minor pixel issue Decreased frametime back to 1
