Cause: Error in filter clause in string comparison in SPARQL query: filter (str(?graph) <= "http://starvers_eval/v2/added" || str(?graph) <= "http://starvers_eval/v2/deleted")

Solution: change query template population to have a fixed count of digits in the version number
