Rename `GameWorld` type to `Scenario` to simplify communication and make content easier to understand #115

Scenario is a much better word for describing content compared to GameWorld. We've already moved in this direction with latest PR #113

I consider this resolved now since we've successfully separated the data layer from both the game runtime and the content utils.
