How to get cell by pseudotime matrix? #128

I want to have the matrix of cell by pseudo time from trajectory analysis for downstream analysis. I was wondering is there any easy way to get this matrix?

This is in the cellColData of the ArchRProject. Please see the chapter on pseudotime analysis.
