Lorepostman's proposal for the documentation project calls for:

1 A single documentation portal 2 Indexing and inventory of existing documentation 3 A standard format for documentation 4 Identify needs for Greenstand's audiences 5 A roadmap and process for documentation

1. That portal is the repo named greenstand-documentation See esp. issue #18 of that repo.

2. That repo includes an inventory and a subject index from Sept. 2021:

   • https://github.com/Greenstand/greenstand-documentation/blob/main/management-only/existingDocsApril23.md
   • https://github.com/Greenstand/greenstand-documentation/blob/main/management-only/210908.index.txt

3. For format, we have settled on *.md files in the repo. See the repo's issue 18

4. There is a draft table of contents for documentation in the repo named meta-documentation

5. Any and all documents regarding process, roadmap, and documentation management belong in the documentation repo, in the directory named management-only

To that end, I copied Lorepostman's Welcome to Greenstand Documentation to https://github.com/Greenstand/greenstand-documentation/blob/main/management-only/docPlan.md

To avoid confusion, I move that someone delete it from this Greenstand-Overview repo
