Database install #22

Installation of database on db server is not quite correct, see conf files for both version 9.6 and 10. We are running 9.6. This should be redone.

How to get started on this?

we need to rebuild the database instance.. if i create a droplet and git you ssh access, can you do the installation of postgres 9.6 and postGIS, and then transfer the data over ?

Hi sorry for the late reply...i was looking into this and had some issues trying to install Ubuntu...id like to try again
