Ticket/Issue Clean Up #44

Some tickets that are in "done" column of projects but the tickets are marked as "open". All such should be closed.

This should also be automated

Looks like we can set up issue Templates: "Get organized with issue templates Give contributors issue templates that help you cut through the noise and help them push your project forward."
