URL link treetracker.org?/token= to link to `token` table #89

Add this link treetracker.org?/token= to pull from the uuid field of the token table.

For example: treetracker.org?/token=1e1e36ed-96c3-4334-af56-373d2e564749

This link treetracker.org?/token= currently links to the certificate table. This function should not be removed; it is still being used.
