This can be tested with the following URLs:

1/0/0.png?&timeline=2021-03-01_2021-09-16&userid=1 and 1/0/0.png?&timeline=2021-03-01_2021-09-16. The amount of clusters returned is different for each case.

@kparikh9 I will dive into the code and think over these codes carefully later, basically, it looks fine, also like you said how to deal with those if/else
