As a user, I want to be able to record the tree height, so we can track the growth of a tree

Acceptance Criteria Once I take picture of a tree am I taken to the tree height screen On the tree height screen do I see the tree height color chart Can I select a tree height color for my tree Is the tree height saved to core data Is the tree height uploaded with the tree attributes

Solution Guidence Follow android

Closing as this is a specific feature for a different version of the android app. It is not needed for iOS
