Update master branch with v1.10 #444

Description

Bring master branch up to date with v1.10 branch. Mainly the /batch-create-wallet and /batch-transfer endpoints.

Issue

What is the current behavior? The master branch is missing some of the endpoints of the production branch, and fixes as well.

What is the new behavior?

The master branch has the endpoints such as /wallets/batch-create-wallet and /wallets/batch-transfer.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change? No.
