feat(auth): implement API for user signup and token retrieval #248

This pull request enhances the authentication module by implementing user signup functionality and token management.

The following changes have been implemented.

Created a new endpoint at /api/auth/signup for user registration.
Integrated token retrieval from Keycloak upon successful signup
Added error handling for user existence and token generation failures.

resolves #249
