Add Check Email Component #265

Issue: Focused on the web Next.js app. Description: After a user submits their email to request a password reset link, we need to display a "Check Email" component. This component will inform the user to check their email and provide options to navigate back to the login page or resend the password reset link. This issue focuses on adding the following components:

Hints: Please review the login and signup pages to see how similar components are structured and styled for consistency.
