Add Account Confirmation Component #266

Issue: Focused on the web Next.js app. Description: After a user completes the signup process, we need a "Create Account Confirmation" component to confirm that the account has been successfully created. This component will reassure the user that their account is set up and provide a way to continue to the main page.

This issue focuses on adding the following components:
