Competition: animate the loading page. #10

This is just fun to make the loading page more attractive and visually impactful. Anyone can take this and raise PR, we will poll for the winner.

Some idea:

Considering a good animation tool, we used d3 for an animated logo (for that green shoot), seems it is also available for RN, but we are open for good solution.
Is Skia the trend?

Use your imagine please :) I used to do an animation with the logo (the green bud) to pop up from the bottom elastically, use d3 but everyone gets their own idea, just make it nice.
