Release to web and native app(android, ios)

Discover a way to deploy this monorepo, the situation:

• Two app:
  • web: apps/web
  • native (android, ios): apps/native
• Shared resources/asset (icons) : assets/
• Shared model/core package: packages/demo/core/

The goal:

• Versioning the code
• Trigger build & deployment when necessary:
  • If the model/core is updated, deploy both
  • If the web app is updated, deploy the web, don't touch the native app
  • Do the similar to above the same thing for the native.

The plan:

• Use semantic-release to version the code.
• Trigger github action by monitoring appropriate folders to do release.
• For the web, do the same thing as for the web map client.
• For the native, build app for both platforms, then ?
