Add a button to "skip broken map" and restore timer #100

Sometimes it takes a minute to check and confirm that a map is broken or impossible. We should be able to do this and get the timer back.

Currently, this functionality exists only for prepatch maps tagged as "ice", and only if you don't have the gold medal (otherwise, the skip button is replaced by "take gold").
