Schedule two different people with the same name on the same date is confusing

I am able to schedule two different people with the same name on the same date (both can be John Doe but different phone numbers) and on the calendar UI it is difficult to differentiate between which John Doe is which. Things could become even more confusing when I have more John Doe's in my address book and I wont know which John Doe is scheduled.

We understand that this issue may occur but with multiple people with the same name, we can't differentiate them by name in the first place, and as a restaurant manager, the user will probably use techniques that people normally use in person to differentiate people with the same name.
