Missing define VM_VAX #3

Hello,

I got problem compiling, because pdp11_cr.cpp is looking for pdp11_defs.h (the file is not present in the distribution), but I suppose there's a missing DEFINE, because few rows before there's an ifdef VM_VAX, and the file loaded are present.
