Renyi Entropy is wrong #3

Made a mistake in the implementation of the Reniy Entropy and it is missing a log term Will send PR today

Closing for now with commit b77f16fbe0f5a, which just reverted the original commit. We'll add the Renyi entropy again when we have it super solid.
