Minimap highlighting #543

Need to find the scripts to add marking the minimap as well as creating a path on the game world (if that is in this revision). I believe it's used for achievement task hints as well as unstable foundations, and #542

If you're talking about what I think you are talking about, they're map elements controlled via varps/varbits. Map elements are able to define polygons in some way which get rendered on minimap and world map.

And if I recall correctly there was a way to add a yellow dotted line from the player to the target.

Yeah it's just a matter of finding them and figuring out what parameters they take
