The GregFactory Sky modpack, updated GTCEu - especially:

• industrial-foregoing-1.20.1-3.5.16

added some small utility mods: Tool Belt, Framed Blocks, SimplyHarvesting

Expected Behavior

The cables should be able to power FE machines as written in the config

Actual Behavior

The cables (tried both tin cables and manganese phosphide wires) don't supply Industrial Foregoing machines with power - I tried to place the machine first and the connect the cable with the wire cutters and also the other way around (placing the machine last).

The LV power converters work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have some LV/MV power on a cable
2. place a Industrial Foregoing machine (dissolution chamber, plant sower, plant gatherer)
3. connect the cable
4. watch the energy buffer not fill in the IF machine
5. place an energy converter between the cable and the IF machine
6. watch the energy buffer of the IF machine fill up
