Expected Behavior

Ore overlay glows

Actual Behavior

Doesn't glow :(((

Steps to Reproduce

Plonk ore down in world Watch as it doesn't glow

Additional Information

For reference, ores in base GTm that are supposed to have emissive ores are pitchblende, uraninite and plutonium 239?????
