HPCA + Research Station Stuck On Idle

Expected Behavior

I don't know exactly how either are supposed to work; there is no documentation. All I know is that it has something to do with a recipe from EMI.

Actual Behavior

Both machines are stuck on "Idling" and doing nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

The attached files shows the setup I used for testing them, data flowing from the HPCA's Computation Data Transmission Hatch to the Research Station's Computation Data Reception Hatch.

In case it isn't obvious, I don't have duplicate mods- the screenshots I took have apparently made the mod list look weird. Also, I forgot to say that I made sure the Creative Energy blocks provided voltage of 32,768V which is equal to 1 LuV, and I tried with multiple amperage values.

I think it fails after 1 recipe or it can't do the same recipe multiple times

The problem is that I haven't seen it do it even once.
