Expected Behavior

Macerating should cost some EU

Actual Behavior

Does not cost any EU, can be done in a machine with no power supplied

Steps to Reproduce

Place macerator with no power connection
Add coloured glass lens
Watch magic happen

Additional Information

This is all Glass Lens that have a colour (plain glass does have EU cost)
